Randi Zuckerberg is definitely an inspiring person of our time.

She is entrepreneur, investor, bestselling author, award-winning producer and founder and CEO of Zuckerberg Media , a marketing and media production boutique.

She works both with high-profile organizations and Fortune 500 companies, such as The Clinton Global Initiative, Cirque di Soleil and Paypal.

Since she left Facebook she’s constantly committed to help women and children in need to approach technology in a fun way.

With Zuckerberg Institute, she helps entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial thinkers across all industry to succeed in their businesses.

I had to privilege of meeting her during Marketing Forum in Milan, organized by Performance Strategies and this is our conversation about ethic of business, digital culture, gender parity and future.

Technology is both advancing our companies and our businesses but we have to make sure that we are not only going by the data and forgetting that we are humans, that are running things for other humans.

The perfect way to exist in this era of digital disruption is is to take into account both the technology and the human side of business.

I’m very excited for lot of advances that i’m seeing: artificial intelligence, virtual reality are very exciting, fields like medicine and education, podcasting and some of innovations in audio but i think is also very important to know when to unplug and let our human inside make the decisions.
